Transliteration

śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca | purā śapto munīndreṇa dakṣeṇa kila bhārata | asevanāddhi dārāṇāṃ kṣayarogī bhaviṣyasi

Translation

Śrī Mārkaṇḍeya dit : « Jadis, ô Bhārata, il fut réellement maudit par le grand sage Dakṣa : “Parce que tu négliges la compagnie de tes épouses légitimes, tu seras atteint de consomption.” »
