Scene: Śiva confirms the boon—‘so it shall be’—promising a son skilled in all vidyās; then Śiva departs, leaving the petitioner in reverent awe.
Divine grace seals the fruit of devotion—Śiva’s word removes doubt and confirms the promised outcome.
The assurance occurs within the chapter that culminates in the merit of Aṅgiras Tīrtha worship.
Implicitly, steadfast Śiva-bhakti and worship leading to the granting of boons.
