सर्गः संकल्पमात्रेण त्राणं संहरणं तथा । स्वाधिकारश्च सर्वेषां भूतचित्तप्रवर्तनम्

Transliteration

sargaḥ saṃkalpamātreṇa trāṇaṃ saṃharaṇaṃ tathā | svādhikāraśca sarveṣāṃ bhūtacittapravartanam

Translation

La création naît de Sa seule volonté ; de même la protection et la résorption. Il est aussi l’autorité intérieure de tous les êtres, mettant en mouvement l’esprit des créatures selon leur nature—révélant ainsi le Seigneur (Pati) comme la cause souveraine de la manifestation, du maintien et du retrait.
