Après avoir goûté à des jouissances variées, on atteint la condition des Vidyeśvaras. Là, avec les Vidyeśvaras, on éprouve de nombreux plaisirs, l’un après l’autre, selon l’ordre dû.

Cosmic Event: Transition to Vidyeśvara-pada (a śuddha-adhvan station in Siddhānta cosmology), with sequential (kramāt) experiences—graded ascent motif.
It teaches a Shaiva karmic progression: after the soul exhausts refined enjoyments (bhoga) earned by merit, it rises to a higher Shaiva station—the realm/status of the Vidyeśvaras—indicating ascent toward Shiva’s knowledge-centered proximity rather than mere worldly reward.
In Shaiva Siddhanta framing, Saguna Shiva worship (often through the Linga with mantra and rites) yields elevated fruits that can culminate in higher Shaiva realms; the verse depicts such post-ritual/post-merit ascent, where enjoyment is subordinated to a knowledge-bearing divine proximity (Vidyeśvara-pada).
The verse implies disciplined Shaiva sadhana that purifies karma—regular japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), Linga-puja with bhasma (tripuṇḍra) and rudraksha, and devotion that redirects desire from bhoga toward Shiva-centric knowledge and liberation.
