अग्निकार्य-होमविधिः
Agnikārya and Homa Procedure
स्वबीजानन्तरं वाच्या स्वाहांतञ्च यथाक्रमम् । जिह्वामंत्रैस्तु तैर्हुत्वाज्यं जिह्वास्त्वेकैकश क्रमात्
svabījānantaraṃ vācyā svāhāṃtañca yathākramam | jihvāmaṃtraistu tairhutvājyaṃ jihvāstvekaikaśa kramāt
Ensuite, après avoir énoncé chaque syllabe-graine (bīja), qu’on prononce, selon l’ordre prescrit, le mantra se terminant par « svāhā ». Par ces « mantras des langues (jihvā) », qu’on verse le ghee dans le Feu, en invoquant, l’une après l’autre, les langues divines d’Agni, conformément au rite.
