mantrakumbhe ca vinyasya mantraṃ mantraviśāradaḥ | kṛtvā mudrādikaṃ sarvaṃ mantrayāgaṃ samācaret
L’adepte expert en mantra doit déposer le mantra dans le kumbha des mantras ; puis, après avoir accompli toutes les mudrā et les rites associés, qu’il exécute selon la règle le mantra-yajña, le sacrifice d’adoration constitué de mantra.

It teaches that mantra is not mere sound but a sacred power to be consciously installed and honored through disciplined ritual action, aligning the devotee (paśu) toward the Lord (Pati) by purifying bonds (pāśa) through focused worship.
Mantra-yajña supports Saguna Shiva worship by consecrating the worship-setting (such as a kumbha) and directing devotion and attention toward Shiva’s manifest presence, making the external rite a vehicle for inner steadiness and grace.
It prescribes mantra-nyāsa into a kumbha, followed by prescribed mudrās and then mantra-yajña—systematic japa and worship performed with correct procedure and concentrated awareness.
