यथाशक्ति यथासंपद्यथायोगं यथारति । यदा कदापि वा भक्त्या यत्र कुत्रापि वा कृता
yathāśakti yathāsaṃpadyathāyogaṃ yathārati | yadā kadāpi vā bhaktyā yatra kutrāpi vā kṛtā
Selon sa force, selon ses moyens, selon la discipline juste et selon l’élan du cœur—à tout moment et en tout lieu—si cela est fait avec dévotion, c’est véritablement accompli.

It teaches that Shiva accepts worship offered with sincere bhakti, even if it is simple—so long as it is done appropriately to one’s capacity and with inner love, devotion becomes spiritually effective and purifying.
Linga-worship and Saguna Shiva-upasana are not restricted by elaborate arrangements; the verse emphasizes that wherever one establishes remembrance and offering with devotion—whether with a formal linga or a simple symbol—Shiva receives it when done in a fitting manner.
Perform daily Shiva-smarana and japa (especially the Panchakshara, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with whatever offerings are available; apply Tripundra (bhasma) and/or wear Rudraksha if possible, but prioritize sincere devotion and right intent over grandeur.
