अनुग्रह-स्वातन्त्र्य-प्रमाणविचारः | Inquiry into Pramāṇa, Divine Autonomy, and Grace
तया ततमिदं शश्वत्तथापि स न दुष्यति । अनिदं प्रथमं सर्वमीशितव्यं स ईश्वरः
tayā tatamidaṃ śaśvattathāpi sa na duṣyati | anidaṃ prathamaṃ sarvamīśitavyaṃ sa īśvaraḥ
Par Sa puissance, l’univers entier est pénétré à jamais; et pourtant, Lui n’en est pas souillé. Il n’est le produit de rien : Il est le Premier; tout ceci doit être gouverné par Lui; Lui seul est le Seigneur (Īśvara).

It declares Shiva as Pati—the eternal, all-pervading Lord—who sustains and governs the cosmos without being bound or tainted by it, guiding the seeker toward liberation through knowledge of His transcendence.
Though Shiva is beyond all objects and impurities, devotees approach His immanence through Saguna worship—especially the Shiva Linga—recognizing it as a sacred support for meditating on the all-pervading Īśvara described here.
Meditate on Shiva as the inner ruler (Īśvara) who pervades all yet remains untouched; japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with vibhūti (Tripuṇḍra) and Rudrāksha supports this contemplation.
