परमैश्वर्यसंयुक्ताः परमेश्वरभाविताः । तच्छक्त्याधिष्ठिता नित्यं तत्कार्यकरणक्षमाः
paramaiśvaryasaṃyuktāḥ parameśvarabhāvitāḥ | tacchaktyādhiṣṭhitā nityaṃ tatkāryakaraṇakṣamāḥ
Doués de la souveraineté suprême et pénétrés de la présence de Parameśvara, ils sont à jamais soutenus par Sa Śakti et pleinement capables d’accomplir Ses œuvres.

A practical takeaway is Śiva-śaraṇāgati (surrender) through japa of the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” contemplating that one’s ability to act rightly is upheld by Shiva’s Śakti.
