पुत्रत्रयं च विप्रेन्द्रा व्रजन्सर्वे गणेश्वराः । तेषां संख्या च कः कर्तुं समर्थो वच्मि कांश्चन
putratrayaṃ ca viprendrā vrajansarve gaṇeśvarāḥ | teṣāṃ saṃkhyā ca kaḥ kartuṃ samartho vacmi kāṃścana

It emphasizes the immeasurable power and transcendental majesty of Lord Shiva’s hosts, suggesting that divine śakti and Śiva’s protection are beyond ordinary calculation—inviting humility and devotion rather than mere enumeration.
The gaṇas are manifestations of Saguna Shiva’s lordship in the cosmos—His active governance and protection of dharma. Remembering their countless nature supports Linga-worship as reverence for Shiva’s all-pervading sovereignty expressed through forms and attendants.
A practical takeaway is to cultivate śaraṇāgati (refuge) through japa of the Pañcākṣarī—“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”—and, if following Shaiva custom, to wear rudrākṣa and apply tripuṇḍra as reminders of belonging to Shiva’s protective sphere.
