Sanatkumāra dit : Ayant entendu les paroles de Hari, il se prosterna maintes fois. Les paumes jointes en vénération et la nuque inclinée avec humilité, il formula sa requête avec déférence.
Sanatkumara
Tattva Level: pashu
It highlights vinaya (humility) as a core Shaiva virtue: true spiritual receptivity arises when one repeatedly bows, listens, and approaches sacred instruction with surrendered reverence.
Though Hari is mentioned, the devotional posture—añjali, repeated pranama, and humility—is the same attitude prescribed for Saguna Shiva worship and Linga-upasana: approaching the Divine with surrender rather than ego.
Practice namaskara with joined palms (añjali) and mindful humility before japa or puja—especially before chanting the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya)—as an inner preparation for grace.
