De même, le bienheureux Seigneur Viṣṇu—paisible, aux yeux de lotus, resplendissant comme tous les dieux—se releva promptement dans sa forme majestueuse.

Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Mahādeva
Cosmic Event: Devas (Viṣṇu) stirred/roused within a theophanic episode leading toward Liṅga-revelation
It portrays Viṣṇu as a radiant, orderly power within creation, while the Rudra Saṃhitā’s broader frame affirms that all divine functions arise under the sovereignty of Śiva (Pati), guiding beings toward liberation.
By showing even exalted deities appearing and acting within the created order, the text supports turning devotion to Saguna Śiva—often worshiped as the Liṅga—as the stable, transcendent ground behind all manifested forms.
A practical takeaway is to contemplate the calm, lotus-eyed steadiness (śānti) while repeating the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” stabilizing the mind before Liṅga-pūjā; if performed ritually, it may be paired with Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and Rudrākṣa as Shaiva markers of inward detachment.
