कूटधर्मेषु गेहेषु सदा ग्राम्यसुखेच्छया । कर्मतंत्रं वितनुता वेदवादं च शाश्वतम्
kūṭadharmeṣu geheṣu sadā grāmyasukhecchayā | karmataṃtraṃ vitanutā vedavādaṃ ca śāśvatam
Dans des foyers gouvernés par des devoirs tordus et hypocrites, toujours poussés par le désir de plaisirs mondains et grossiers, ils déploient une machinerie d’actes rituels (karma) et ne cessent de proclamer le Veda-vāda comme s’il était en lui-même la fin éternelle.
