Brahmā dit : Ô sage, lorsque le fils de Śambhu eut été réellement pris sous la garde des Kṛttikās, un certain temps s’écoula ; pourtant la fille d’Himādri (Pārvatī) n’en eut pas connaissance.
Brahma
Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Umāpati
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: nurturing
It highlights that Śiva’s līlā unfolds according to divine order; even the Mother (Pārvatī) may remain unaware for a time, showing that cosmic events are guided by Pati (Śiva) beyond immediate human-like knowing.
The verse situates a Saguna narrative—Śiva as Śambhu acting in the world—inviting devotees to see personal events as expressions of the Lord’s will, which is ritually centered in Linga worship as the living presence of Śiva.
A practical takeaway is steady japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with patience, remembering that results mature in time under Śiva’s governance.
