It highlights that divine victory is not mere force but Śakti-anugraha (grace through Śakti): power becomes effective when aligned with Śiva’s cosmic order, showing Saguna divinity acting to restore dharma.
Though the verse is martial, it reflects Saguna governance: Śiva’s realm functions through empowered deities (like Gaṇeśa) sustained by Śakti; such narratives reinforce devotion to Śiva as Pati and to His manifest powers that protect the sacred order associated with Linga worship.
A practical takeaway is śaraṇāgati (seeking refuge) through japa of the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” remembering that true strength arises from grace; one may also apply Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) as a sign of alignment with Śaiva discipline.
