प्र देवमच्छा मधुमन्त इन्दवोऽसिष्यदन्त गाव आ न धेनवः । बर्हिषदो वचनावन्त ऊधभिः परिस्रुतमुस्रिया निर्णिजं धिरे ॥

Transliteration

prá devám ácchā mádhumanta índavo ’síṣyadanta gā́va ā́ ná dhenávaḥ | barhiṣádo vacanā́vanta ū́dhabhiḥ parisrútam usríyā nírṇijaṃ dhire ||

Translation

Vers le dieu s’élancent les gouttes de Soma, chargées de miel, telles des vaches, telles des laitières pressées de rentrer. Ceux qui siègent sur le barhis, riches de la Parole, établissent de leurs mamelles l’éclat ruisselant des Rayons illuminateurs — son vêtement lumineux de pureté.
