आ नो विश्वासु हव्य इन्द्रः समत्सु भूषतु । उप ब्रह्माणि सवनानि वृत्रहा परमज्या ऋचीषमः ॥

Transliteration

ā́ no víśvāsu hávya índraḥ samátsu bhūṣatu | úpa bráhmāṇi sávanāni vṛtrahā́ paramajyā́ ṛcī́ṣamaḥ ||

Translation

Qu’Indra, l’Invoqué, vienne à nous dans tous nos combats; que Vṛtrahan, le tueur du Voileur, s’approche de nos formules de brahman et de nos pressurages (de soma). Suprême dans l’assaut, maître de la parole du ṛṣi, qu’il prenne siège dans notre offrande.
