Transliteration
yáj jā́yathā apū́rvya maghavan vṛtrahátyāya | tát pṛthivī́m aprathayas tád astabhnā uta dyā́m ||
Translation
Quand tu naquis, ô Maghavan, d’une manière sans précédent—pour l’abattage de Vṛtra—alors tu élargis la terre, notre assise, et tu étayas aussi le ciel.
