प्र चक्रे सहसा सहो बभञ्ज मन्युमोजसा । विश्वे त इन्द्र पृतनायवो यहो नि वृक्षा इव येमिरे ॥

prá cakre sáhasā sáho babháñja manyúm ójasā | víśve te indra pṛtanā́yavo yáho ní vṛkṣā́ iva yemire ||

Tu as mis la puissance en mouvement par la puissance ; par la force tu as brisé la fureur. Tous ceux qui te cherchent au combat, ô Indra, s’affaissent — tels des arbres abattus — lorsqu’ils affrontent l’élan de ton avance victorieuse.
