Rishi: Vasiṣṭha (traditional for Maṇḍala 7)

तवेदं विश्वमभितः पशव्यं यत्पश्यसि चक्षसा सूर्यस्य । गवामसि गोपतिरेक इन्द्र भक्षीमहि ते प्रयतस्य वस्वः ॥

tavédáṃ víśvam abhítaḥ paśavyàṃ yát páśyasi cákṣasā sū́ryasya | gávām asi gopátir éka indra bhakṣīmáhi te práyatasya vásvaḥ ||

À toi appartient tout ceci alentour, richesse de puissances vivantes, tout ce que tu vois avec l’œil de Sūrya. Tu es l’unique seigneur et gardien des Rayons-vaches, ô Indra; puissions-nous prendre part aux biens que tu offres et diriges selon le juste ordre.
