इदं वचः शतसाः संसहस्रमुदग्नये जनिषीष्ट द्विबर्हाः । शं यत्स्तोतृभ्य आपये भवाति द्युमदमीवचातनं रक्षोहा ॥

idáṃ vácaḥ śatá-sāḥ sáṃsahasram úd agnáye janiṣīṣṭa dví-bárhāḥ | śáṃ yát stotṛ́bhya ā́paye bhávāti dyumád amīva-cā́tanaṃ rakṣó-hā ||

Cette parole, forte de cent puissances, mille fois déployée, qu’elle naisse en s’élevant pour Agni, ô Double-porteur. Qu’elle devienne paix et plénitude à boire pour les chantres : lumineuse, chassant la maladie, rakṣo-hā — meurtrier des Rakṣas.
