आ नो मित्रावरुणा हव्यजुष्टिं घृतैर्गव्यूतिमुक्षतमिळाभिः । प्रति वामत्र वरमा जनाय पृणीतमुद्नो दिव्यस्य चारोः ॥
Transliteration
ā́ no mitrāvaruṇā havyájuṣṭiṃ ghṛtáir gavyū́tim ukṣatam íḷābhiḥ | práti vā́m atra váram ā́ jánāya pṛṇītám udnó divyásya cā́roḥ ||
Translation
Venez à nous, ô Mitra et Varuṇa, accueillant l’offrande; avec la richesse du beurre clarifié et les courants de l’inspiration, répandez le vaste pâturage. Ici, en retour, comblez pour le peuple le don le plus choisi — du doux, céleste jaillissement.
