प्राग्नये तवसे भरध्वं गिरं दिवो अरतये पृथिव्याः । यो विश्वेषाममृतानामुपस्थे वैश्वानरो वावृधे जागृवद्भिः ॥

prā́gnáye taváse bharadhvaṃ gíraṃ divó aratáye pṛthivyā́ḥ | yó víśveṣām amṛ́tānām upásthe vaiśvānaráḥ vāvṛdhé jāgṛvád-bhiḥ ||

Portez en avant la parole vers Agni le Fort, le metteur en mouvement du ciel et de la terre; vers celui qui, au sein de tous les Immortels, comme Vaiśvānara, croît par les éveillés — par ceux qui maintiennent vigilant le feu intérieur.
