सत्यमित्तन्न त्वावाँ अन्यो अस्तीन्द्र देवो न मर्त्यो ज्यायान् । अहन्नहिं परिशयानमर्णोऽवासृजो अपो अच्छा समुद्रम् ॥

Transliteration

satyám íttán ná tvāvā́ṁ anyó astī́ndra devó ná mártyo jyā́yān | áhann áhiṁ pari-śáyānam árṇo’vā́sṛjo ápo ácchā samudrám ||

Translation

C’est la vérité : nul autre que toi n’existe — ni dieu ni mortel — plus grand, ô Indra. Tu as abattu le serpent, lové sur le flot, et tu as relâché les eaux, vers l’océan immense.
