अभि तष्टेव दीधया मनीषामत्यो न वाजी सुधुरो जिहानः । अभि प्रियाणि मर्मृशत्पराणि कवीँरिच्छामि संदृशे सुमेधाः ॥

Transliteration

abhí taṣṭéva dīdhayā manīṣām atyo ná vājī su-dhúro jihā́naḥ | abhí priyā́ṇi marmṛ́śat párāṇi kavī́ṁr icchāmi saṁdṛ́śe su-medhā́ḥ ||

Translation

D’un regard qui façonne, tel l’artisan, je taille ma pensée — comme un coursier rapide, vainqueur du prix, bien attelé et prêt à bondir. Touchant et réveillant les souffles de vie chers et cachés, moi, d’intelligence heureuse, je cherche les ṛṣi pour la vision intérieure.
