Sukta 2.1
त्वे अग्ने विश्वे अमृतासो अद्रुह आसा देवा हविरदन्त्याहुतम् । त्वया मर्तासः स्वदन्त आसुतिं त्वं गर्भो वीरुधां जज्ञिषे शुचिः ॥
tvé agne víśve amṛ́tāso adrúha āsā́ devā́ havír adanty ā́hutam | tváyā mártāsaḥ svadante āsutíṃ tváṃ gárbho vīrudhā́ṃ jajñiṣe śúciḥ ||
En toi, ô Agni, tous les Immortels, sans tromperie, prennent part à l’oblation offerte, au havis présenté. Par toi les mortels goûtent la douceur pressée (le soma) ; toi, le Pur, tu nais comme l’embryon des plantes qui croissent.
