Devata: Tārkṣya (continuation) with Indra as comparative exemplar

इन्द्रस्येव रातिमाजोहुवानाः स्वस्तये नावमिवा रुहेम । उर्वी न पृथ्वी बहुले गभीरे मा वामेतौ मा परेतौ रिषाम ॥

índrasyeva rātím ā́johuvānāḥ svastáye nā́vam ivā́ ruhema | urvī́ ná pṛthvī́ bahulé gabhī́re mā́ vām etáu mā́ parétau riṣāma ||

Invoquant le don comme venant d’Indra, puissions-nous y monter, tel un bateau, pour le bien-être. Vaste comme la terre, ample, profond : qu’aucun mal ne nous atteigne — ni à l’aller ni au retour — dans ce passage.
