तेऽरुणेभिर्वरमा पिशङ्गैः शुभे कं यान्ति रथतूर्भिरश्वैः । रुक्मो न चित्रः स्वधितीवान्पव्या रथस्य जङ्घनन्त भूम ॥

Transliteration

té ’ruṇébhir váramā́ piśáṅgaiḥ śubhé káṃ yānti rathatū́rbhir áśvaiḥ | rukmó ná citráḥ svadhítīvān pavyā́ ráthasya jaṅghananta bhū́ma ||

Translation

Ils vont vers le beau but avec des puissances rousses et fauves, avec des chevaux rapides dans l’élan du char. Tel un ornement éclatant, ils sont splendides; et tels des porteurs de hache, tranchants: les jantes du char frappent la terre, écrasant ce qui résiste.
