r̥tásya préṣā r̥tásya dhī́tir viśvā́yur víśve apā́ṃsi cakruḥ ॥

Translation

L’impulsion vient de la Ṛta, et la pensée vient de la Ṛta ; la Vie-toute (viśvāyus), avec toutes les puissances, a façonné les œuvres.
