Transliteration

tato rāmo mahātejā dhanur ādāya vīryavān |

praviśya rākṣasa-sainyaṃ śaravarṣaṃ vavarṣa ha ||

Translation

Alors Rāma, rayonnant d’une grande puissance et vaillant entre les vaillants, saisit son arc, entra dans les rangs des rākṣasas et les inonda d’une pluie de flèches.
