Nityā-paṭala-prakaraṇa
The Exposition of the Nityā-paṭala
Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada on ritual/inner worship methodology)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches internalized worship (bhāvanā): seeing the Self as Devī and the ritual circle as her Śaktis, so that worship culminates in tanmayatā—complete absorption/identity with the deity.
Bhakti here is not only external offering; it is devotional contemplation where every experience (viṣaya) is transformed into an offering, leading to single-pointed devotion that ripens into union with the worshipped Devī.
It reflects applied ritual-technology: visualization (bhāvanā), maṇḍala/cakra arrangement, and śakti-contemplation—procedural knowledge aligned with kalpa-style ritual method and mantra-upāsanā practice.
