It functions as a sacred name-list, teaching that multiple named powers/forms are to be contemplated as belonging to one underlying divine manifestation (here indicated as Kṛṣṇā-rūpiṇī), supporting unified devotion through many epithets.

By presenting several divine names and forms together, it supports nāma-smaraṇa (remembrance/recitation of names) and the bhakti principle that worship offered through many titles and symbols can be directed to the one revered reality.

This reflects nighaṇṭu/nirukta-style usage—cataloging and applying devatā-nāmas (divine names) for correct mantra-recitation and ritual identification, a technical approach aligned with Vedāṅga concerns of meaning and proper application.
