सर्वेश्वर्याः समाख्यातः सर्वसिद्धिकरः परः । ग्रासो नभोदाहवह्निस्वैर्युक्तः कौलिनीमनुः ॥ ३२ ॥
sarveśvaryāḥ samākhyātaḥ sarvasiddhikaraḥ paraḥ | grāso nabhodāhavahnisvairyuktaḥ kaulinīmanuḥ || 32 ||
Ce Kaulinī-Manu est proclamé comme le Donateur suprême de toutes les puissances seigneuriales et l’Accomplisseur le plus élevé de toute siddhi ; il est formé par la combinaison des syllabes « grāsa », « nabhas », « dāha », « vahni » et « svaira ».
