Transliteration

dhyātvaivaṃ totalāṃ devīṃ pūjayecchaktibhirvṛtām | tadagrasthā lu phaṭkārī śaracāpakarojjvalā || 141 ||

Translation

Après avoir ainsi médité sur la déesse Totalā, qu’on la vénère comme entourée des Śaktis. Devant elle se tient la Śakti Phaṭkārī, resplendissante, tenant l’arc et les flèches en ses mains.
