सूत उवाच । श्रुत्वेत्थं यजनं विप्रा मन्त्रध्यानपुरःसरम् । सर्वासामवताराणां नारदो देवदर्शनः ॥ १ ॥
sūta uvāca | śrutvetthaṃ yajanaṃ viprā mantradhyānapuraḥsaram | sarvāsāmavatārāṇāṃ nārado devadarśanaḥ || 1 ||
Sūta dit : Ô brāhmaṇas, ayant ainsi entendu le culte sacrificiel, précédé de la récitation des mantras et de la contemplation méditative, Nārada, le voyant qui contemple les devas, parla alors de toutes les descentes divines (avatāras).
