On accomplit le nyāsa en déposant les parties du mantra sur les coudes et sur le nombril ; sur les genoux, sur la couronne de la tête ; aussi sur les pieds, sur la région secrète, sur les flancs du torse, et de nouveau sur le cœur.
Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, within a Vedanga/ritual-technical teaching context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: none
It teaches nyāsa—ritually “installing” mantra-power in specific bodily loci—so the practitioner’s body becomes a sanctified support for worship and focused contemplation.
By prescribing bodily nyāsa, it gives a practical devotional method: devotion is embodied through disciplined placement of remembrance/mantra, aligning heart, head, and limbs for concentrated worship.
A technical-ritual procedure (prayoga) akin to Vedāṅga-oriented practice: precise bodily loci for nyāsa used in mantra-upāsanā and ritual performance.
