Yakṣiṇī-Mantra-Sādhana Nirūpaṇa

देवता त्रिपुरा बाला मध्यांते शक्तिबीजके । नाभेरापादमाद्यं तु नाभ्यंतं हृदयात्परम् ॥ ३ ॥
devatā tripurā bālā madhyāṃte śaktibījake | nābherāpādamādyaṃ tu nābhyaṃtaṃ hṛdayātparam || 3 ||
La divinité présidant est Tripurā Bālā. Le Śakti-bīja doit être placé au milieu et à la fin. La pose « première » s’étend du nombril jusqu’aux pieds ; tandis que la pose qui s’achève au nombril se fait au-dessus, à partir du cœur et au-delà.
