FAQs

The verse strings together epithets that present Viṣṇu/Kṛṣṇa as sustainer, liberator from karmic bondage (curse), and destroyer of hostile forces—encouraging sādhakas to remember the Lord through His deeds and names.

It teaches bhakti through nāma-smaraṇa: contemplating the Lord as “Nandagopāla’s life” and “curse-liberator” turns narrative memory into loving reliance, a core practice of Viṣṇu-bhakti in Purāṇic tradition.

It supports Vedāṅga-style disciplined recitation (śikṣā/phonetics and vyākaraṇa/word-derivation) by presenting compact divine epithets whose correct pronunciation and understood meaning are used in stotra and japa contexts.
