Dans l’ordre, qu’on établisse (nyāsa) sur le sommet de la tête, les joues, l’espace entre les sourcils, les yeux, les oreilles, le nez, la bouche, le menton, la gorge et les racines des bras.
Narada (teaching in a technical/ritual instruction flow, traditionally within Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue framing)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches a disciplined nyāsa (mantra-installation) sequence, sanctifying the practitioner’s body as a fit locus for mantra and worship by placing the mantra’s presence in specific bodily points.
By prescribing orderly bodily consecration before worship, it supports bhakti as a regulated practice—preparing the senses and speech (eyes, ears, mouth, throat) to be aligned with reverent remembrance and recitation.
It reflects ritual-technical procedure (prayoga) connected with mantra-vidhi and śikṣā-style concerns for correct placement and sequence, emphasizing precision (kramāt) in embodied practice.
