The Account of Hanumān

अथाबभाषे विश्वेशं गौतमो मुनिपुंगवः । अयोग्यं प्रार्थयामीश ह्यर्थी दोषं न पश्यति ॥ ९५ ॥

athābabhāṣe viśveśaṃ gautamo munipuṃgavaḥ | ayogyaṃ prārthayāmīśa hyarthī doṣaṃ na paśyati || 95 ||

Alors Gautama, le plus éminent des sages, s’adressa au Seigneur de l’univers : «Ô Seigneur, je demande ce qui peut être indigne ; car celui qui est dans le besoin ne voit pas sa propre faute.»
