Narada (narrative voice, within the Narada Purana’s instructional discourse)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: vira (heroic)
Secondary Rasa: bhakti (devotion)
It presents an Itihasa-based example where rightful order is restored: through alliance and decisive action, Sugrīva is established in kingship, implying that dharma is upheld when rightful leadership is reinstated under divine guidance.
The episode implies reliance on the divinely guided hero (Rāma, implicitly) and forming righteous association (sakhya). Bhakti is shown as devotion expressed through aligning one’s life and decisions with dharma-supported divine purpose.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is directly taught in this verse; rather, it functions as a narrative illustration supporting dharma and leadership principles within the broader Third Pada’s instructional framework.
