Narada (narrating within the Purana’s dialogue framework)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It highlights the sanctity of upacāras (ritual offerings) in worship—camphor and tāmbūla are shown as accepted by the deity, emphasizing devotion expressed through proper ritual acts.
Bhakti here is conveyed through attentive service and offering—placing sacred items before the Lord and preparing tāmbūla reflect loving, personal devotion expressed via traditional pūjā conduct.
Ritual procedure and offering-sequence knowledge (prayoga/upacāra-krama) is implied—how specific substances like karpūra and tāmbūla are used as standard devotional offerings.
