Procedure for Lamp-Offering to Hanumān
मषी लाक्षारसोद्भूता सर्वं वान्यत्स्फुटं मतम् । कृत्वा गोपीचदंनेन चतुरस्रं गृहं सुधीः ॥ ६४ ॥
maṣī lākṣārasodbhūtā sarvaṃ vānyatsphuṭaṃ matam | kṛtvā gopīcadaṃnena caturasraṃ gṛhaṃ sudhīḥ || 64 ||
On recommande l’encre préparée à partir de la résine de laque ; et l’on tient aussi pour excellent que tout le reste (pour l’écriture) soit net et distinct. Ayant tracé avec la gopī-candana une enceinte carrée, le sage doit alors procéder à l’écriture prescrite.
