Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It emphasizes precision and standardization (māna) in dharmic practice—rituals, gifts, and offerings gain correctness when quantities are properly defined.
While not directly teaching bhakti, it supports devotional worship by ensuring offerings to the deity are made according to recognized measures, reflecting sincerity and discipline in service.
It highlights technical māna (measurement science) used in ritual contexts—defining equivalences among units like khārī and prastha and noting alternate systems of reckoning.
