Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, within the Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue framework)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: vira
It prescribes Narasiṁha-dhyāna as a sanctifying and protective focus at the start of major religious acts, aligning the rite with the Lord of all worlds.
By directing the practitioner to contemplate Narasiṁha’s form and sovereignty, it turns ritual into personal devotion—placing the deity, not mere procedure, at the center.
It highlights prayoga-style ritual guidance: before a mahākarma, one performs prescribed dhyāna (a practical preparatory step used in Vedic/Puranic rites).
