Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 9

Mahāviṣṇu-Mantras: Aṣṭākṣarī, Sudarśana-Astra, Nyāsa Systems, Āvaraṇa-Pūjā, and Prayogas

दशावृत्तिमय न्यासं वक्ष्ये विभूतिपञ्चरम् । मूलार्णान्स्वतनौ न्यस्येदाधारे हृदये मुखे ॥ ९ ॥

daśāvṛttimaya nyāsaṃ vakṣye vibhūtipañcaram | mūlārṇānsvatanau nyasyedādhāre hṛdaye mukhe || 9 ||

Je vais exposer le Vibhūti-Pañjara, le nyāsa ordonné en dix cycles. Qu’on dépose les syllabes-semences racines sur son propre corps : à la base (ādhāra), au cœur et à la bouche.
