Sur les cuisses et les jambes (par paires), on doit placer (nyāsa) les syllabes du mantra dans leur ordre juste. Ensuite, on accomplira dûment le nyāsa au moyen des mantras énoncés dans le Puruṣa Sūkta.
Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It teaches disciplined mantra-embodiment: by installing mantra-syllables and Puruṣa Sūkta mantras on the limbs through nyāsa, the practitioner sanctifies the body as a sacred seat of Vedic consciousness.
Though technical, it supports bhakti by making worship inward and personal—devotion is expressed as careful, reverent installation of the Lord’s Vedic form (Puruṣa) through prescribed mantras.
It highlights precise mantra-prayoga: correct kramā (sequence) of mantra-varṇas and the ritual method of nyāsa—an applied discipline aligned with Śikṣā (phonetics) and Kalpa (ritual procedure).
