Avec une concentration parfaite, on doit placer (les syllabes du mantra) depuis le cœur jusqu’aux pieds. Ce nyāsa, de nature Agni et Soma, est déclaré dispensateur de toutes les réussites spirituelles.
Narada (teaching in a technical-ritual context; Vedanga/Mantra-vidhi section)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It teaches that mantra is not only recited but ritually embodied through nyāsa—installing sacred sound in the practitioner’s limbs—so the practice becomes an integrated yogic and ritual discipline that leads to successful spiritual attainments.
While primarily technical, it supports bhakti-sādhana by prescribing a concentrated, reverent bodily practice that steadies the mind and makes mantra-japa and worship more effective and inwardly absorbed.
It highlights mantra-vidhi and nyāsa procedure—how to assign mantra-syllables to specific body locations (from heart to feet), and the ritual doctrine of balancing Agni (fiery, activating) and Soma (cooling, nourishing) principles in practice.
