Sanatkumara (teaching Narada a technical nyāsa/śikṣā procedure)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It teaches a nyāsa-based contemplation where cosmic realms (Bhuvar and Svar) are internalized on the practitioner’s body, making the recitation a disciplined, embodied meditation rather than mere sound.
Though technical, it supports bhakti by refining mantra-practice: careful nyāsa steadies attention and purity, helping the devotee maintain one-pointed remembrance during worship and japa.
Vedāṅga-Śikṣā (phonetics and correct mantra-application) is emphasized through a precise ritual mapping (nyāsa) of syllabic units and lokas onto specific bodily regions.
