The Explanation of Sandhyā and Related Daily Observances

Saṅdhyā-ādi Nitya-karma-Vidhi

ततः स्थित्वासने धीमानाचम्य प्रयतः शुचिः । दिव्यान्तरिक्षभौमांश्च विघ्नानुत्सार्य यत्नतः ॥ ८५ ॥

tataḥ sthitvāsane dhīmānācamya prayataḥ śuciḥ | divyāntarikṣabhaumāṃśca vighnānutsārya yatnataḥ || 85 ||

Ensuite, assis fermement sur son āsana, le pratiquant avisé—après avoir accompli l’ācamana et être devenu discipliné et pur—doit, avec effort, chasser tous les obstacles, qu’ils soient célestes, de l’entre-deux ou terrestres.
